Plastic insulated control cable is a transmission line used for automatic control, monitoring systems, and instrument connections with AC rated voltage of 450/750V and below. This cable complies with the national standard GB/T 9330-2020 and is suitable for industrial automation, power systems, rail transit, and building power distribution. The long-term working temperature of the conductor is generally 70 ℃, and the cross-linked polyethylene type can reach 90 ℃, with some models reaching 105 ℃.
The cable conductor is made of high-quality oxygen free copper, and the insulation layer and sheath are made of environmentally friendly materials such as PVC and PE, which have the characteristics of voltage resistance, corrosion resistance, and moisture resistance. The products are divided into 18 types, including flame retardant, fire-resistant, and shielded. The minimum bending radius for non armored cables is 6 times the outer diameter, while for armored cables it is 12 times. The testing items cover more than 20 indicators such as conductor resistance, insulation thickness, and sheath tensile strength, which comply with the GB/T 9330 series standards and IEC 60502 international specifications. Domestic application cases include projects of companies such as BASF and Shenhua Group
